Hello! My name is Maggie Smith and I am from Northern Kentucky. I am graduating from
the University of Dayton with a degree in Health and Sport Sciences and plan on going to
physician assistant school in the near future! I have a strong passion for understanding the
human body and the many complex factors that contribute to health and wellbeing. I love
working in a field that can make a tangible difference in the lives of those I work with not just
physically but also mentally and emotionally.
My interest in health and well-being stems from a desire to understand how the body
works and how small changes can lead to significant improvements in quality of life. Growing
up, I was always curious about the ways lifestyle, nutrition, and mental health intersect to shape
overall wellness. Personal experiences with family members facing health challenges deepened
this interest, as I saw firsthand the importance of how physical well-being influences so many
other factors of day to day life.
Overall, being able to empower individuals to reach their goals and seeing promising
results each step of the way is incredibly rewarding. Whether it's managing a chronic condition,
recovering from an injury, or simply adopting healthier habits and lifestyles, it is rewarding to be
